Leading on Intelligent Automation (transformation/automation through the use of Artificial Intelligence) for KPMG both transforming the firm’s services but also taking this experience into the market place to help client’s embrace this new and disruptive technology. Shamus has led several client projects focusing on Artificial Intelligence strategy and implementation. In addition he is the UK leader for Global Business Services.

Shamus has spent the last 20 years delivering major transformation programmes and was one of the founders of the Offshoring Industry in the late 1980’s. Shamus founded WNS, now one of the largest Offshore BPO providers.  He helped build IBM’s offshore BPO centres including acquisitions and was previously a partner at PWC.
